Michael Jordan deserves monument for many reasons. Michael Jordan was one of the best basketball players of all time. Jordan also made people look at the game of basketball different. Many people wanted to watch MJ play, especially kids at the time. He inspires kids to follow there dreams and anything can happen, but you have to work hard to get there. He made such a big impact, because of the way that he played. He played with grace and style. MJ alse led the Chicago Bulls to six NBA championships, and he won the most valuable player award 5 times. He wanted to win every time he played. Michael Jordan's father later said that MJ “does have is a competition problem” he said that he was born with it. MJ was always trying to outdo everyone, especially himself. The saying “I want to be like Mike” has almost become an accepted way of life whether realized or not. Mj supports many foundations for children. He supports the Make a Wish foundation which makes a child with a life-threatening medical condition wish come true. He also supports the Special Olympics. The Special Olympics which gives sports activities, such as training and competitions, to people with disabilities. He has also donated 2 million dollars and more to charitable organizations that deal with issues related to violence against minorities and problems encountered by police officers. Michael Jordan has accomplished so much in his life, and has always done it to help his team, and people. He also is worth a billion dollars, and gives back to help foundations and he also donates to help get justice. Michael jordan was a great basketball player, and he is also a very generous man. Being able to work hard and take time to get good at what ever you are doing to win is hard. You have to take a lot of time and practice to be able to do good at what ever you are doing. If you play basketball you have to practice shooting, handling the ball, and defense. If you practice at these tasks you will be able to get really good. It is way easier to lose. If you don't practice and you don't take time to work on what you are doing then you can't become good. If you don't put in the time to get better then you can't win. If you work and practice you can do better and have a better chance at winning and not losing. Even though losing is easy it is not fun. If you put in the time and energy then you can win. Losing comes without practice if you don't practice there is no way you can win. Winning takes time and practice. It also takes repetition, doing the same thing the same way every time. Winning is hard but way more rewarding, losing is hard because you know that you could have done more for your team. During my poster assignment I have learned how to use different websites to make effects on pictures like fotoflexer. Fotoflexer lets you put effects on picture to make them look cooler, and different. I would have liked to been able to have less terms to do or had more time to do the terms. Not having a lot of time made my group have to rush to finish the poster, and if we had more time we could have maybe done more effects on the posters. We also could have been able to think of some better memory tricks for the terms for the posters. Making these posters will help me on test coming up, because going over these key concepts and terms made them fresh in my mind. Some of the material that I have forgot I will remember by doing these posters.Being able to get these concepts fresh in my mind, and with a memory trick will help me by being able to know what I am learning. Know Having these concepts fresh in my mind with a memory trick will help me in the test. Doing this was beneficial to be prepared for the test. Making these Posters will help me be prepared to take the test and do good on it so I can show what I have learned this year. Should Apple have let the FBI hack into their Iphone. Apple should have refused to help the FBI get into the Iphone For an investigation. Apple should have protected people's Privacy and not let the FBI into the IPhone. According to Randall G. Holcombe author of Apple stood up for itself“The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution guarantees Americans this right to privacy. Individuals have the right to possess information without having to share it with the government. Apple has the right to provide products that help individuals protect this right. Letting people have privacy is guaranteed by the Constitution. By not letting people have this basic right can make more problems than good. Being able to trust that your information will be secure is a big concern in today's society. Because Apple has different privacy apps, this makes people feel safer that their privacy is not being invaded. If Apple let the FBI into the IPhone with having to make new software people would feel unsafe, because they have their rights being invaded. The government can search personal property, but only with suspicion and a search warrant.“The Fourth Amendment also says the government has a right to search personal property. However, the government can only do this with a search warrant and a very good reason to do so. The Fourth Amendment does not say that anyone else can be forced to aid the government in its searches.”(Whitt Flora 2016). Although the FBI had a good reason to get into the phone Apple shouldn't have had to help. The Fourth Amendment states that no one can be forced to aid the government in search. Apple should not have had to help the FBI unless they wanted to. Apple had a good reason to refuse to help the FBI. they were protecting people's rights. These rights make people feel safer. Apple should not have had to help the FBI.“The issues raised by this dispute have not been resolved. We can also expect similar disputes in the future. That’s why it is important to understand why Apple was right to take the position it did.”(Holcombe 2016). Letting people have the right not to help is important. Letting people have the Fourth Amendment rights let people feel safer, and trust the government more. Letting people have privacy is important. Many people like to be able to have some things private. Letting people have this right makes them understand the government, and knowing that their rights are being protected. Apple should have refused to help the FBI. Letting the FBI into the Apple phone would have went agents are fourth amendment right to have privacy. Many people feel very strongly about having privacy. The FBI might have had a good reason, but Apple did not want to get into the case. Apple did not feel that is was right to let them into the phone, and they wanted Apple to make a new software to get into the phone. According to our fourth amendment no one can be forced to help the government in their search. This is not going to be the last time the Government will want help from a company, But the company has the right to refuse. Letting the Government it to the phone would have gone against what Apple is trying to do. Apple has made privacy settings to protect people's privacy. And that is what Apple is doing to protect all people's privacy. 1.A.Appease-(verb)relieve or satisfy B.After the game I was appease, because we won the game. 2.A.Reciprocal-(adjective) done in return. I would like to work at a college being a graphic designer that makes pictures have special effects. When I grow up, I want to be a graphic designer. I will become a social media and sports designer by learning how to use different tools to make different effects. In order to make these designs I will have to think outside the box, and look at others work to get ideas. I would also need to know about technowledge, and how to work the technowledge. Graphic designer is a career that will take me many different places. According to http://www.bls.gov their is about 360 jobs filled a year in Ohio. A yearly salary is about $46,900, and $22.55 per hour depending where I work would make me decide if I want to do this job my entire career. I also would like to move up in this career. I would also move where the job is in demand to move up. I have learned that living in the real world is harder than it seams. I now know that you have to think about little things that make a big difference. But I know that if you have a good job that it will not be as hard as having a job that you do not make money in. I now to be able to get a good job that I am going to have to get good schooling. I really do not now what I want to do but I have seen some jobs that I am thinking about that I might like to do in my future. Before career day I did not really know what I wanted to do, but I know I wanted a good job that I would make good money. I also knew in order to get a good job I would probably need to go to college.
After career day I learned there are alot more things you have to think about. Some things you have to think about is insurance, and clothes, and food small things that make you think about your money. I think that career day was good to show me that their is a lot out there that you need that you do not really think about. The last part of the day I went to listen to the speakers. I liked this because the first place I went to they gave us tips on interview skills and how to get a good job. Your interview is key by what you do, like how you sit and body language. The second speaker showed in demand jobs in computers. The last speaker was social media and sports.I liked this job because their is a lot you get to do and it looks very interesting. This made me think what I wanted to so when I get older. Winter Break My Christmas break was fun, I got to do a lot of different activities and has a great time.
During my Christmas break I got to go to practice almost every day for basketball. It was fun to go, because I got to do something I enjoy to do. It also kept me from sitting at home from doing nothing. At practice we got to do a lot of different drills, to make us better. We also got to get a lot a shots in to get us ready for our games that were coming up when we got back to school. There are also many other things I got to do. I also got to go to the Q to watch the monsters, a hockey team play. I learned a lot of different things that I did not now while I was there. I learned that they only have 3 periods and it is bad to get a foul because your team has to play with one less player. When you have to play with one less player it is called a power play, because you have the advantage. I had a great Christmas break I got to do a lot of fun things, and hang out with friends, and family. I also got to got to have Christmas with my family, and it was a lot of fun. At my house, my favorite presents were a cavaliers sweatshirt that I got, and a new basketball hoop. After we were done opening presents, we went to my grandparents house. At there we got to eat lunch, and open presents. The last thing we did of christmas day was go home and open presents from my Aunt, and Uncle, and my favorite present was a Cavaliers Finals Basketball. Donald Trump wants to make jobs. Hillary Clinton wants to get rid of guns that save more people's lives then take lives. Donald Trump says we need to reli more of local level people that can help us instead of Washington D.C. America should vote for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump is going to try to make America safer. Donald Trump wants to help people that respect us. In order to do this we need to help people. Donald Trump said that he wants to make more jobs. Donald Trump wants to stop just giving out money to all sorts of places. He wants to save social security, to help the people that can’t work. Americans should not vote for Hillary Clinton because she wants to take our guns away. Hillary Clinton thinks that America would be safer without guns. According to gunowners.org “as many as 2.5 million times every year or about 6,850 times a day. This means that each year, firearms are used more than 80 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than to take lives.” Donald Trump wants to stay and not change the Second Amendment. I support Donald Trump because he wants to let regular people that use their guns. For purposes like hunting, and to protect themself to be able to enjoy themselves, and to feel safe. We need protection at a local level to protect families. According to procon.org “Donald Trump: It's a massive crisis. It's a double crisis. What's happening and people. You know, I look at things. And I see it on television. And some horrible mistakes are made. At the same time, we have to give power back to the police because crime is rampant. And I'm a big person that believes in very big-- you know, we need police.” I agree with Donald Trump about needing local level people like police. We need police to be able to help people, and there is a lot of crime. Police make people feel safer. Donald Trump does not always say things that make him look good, and speaks his mind. But he has good ideas to “make America great again”. He says that we need to not just wait for Washington D.C. to help us, tell us what to do. He says that we need to rely more on local level people Instead of the people in Washington D.C.This is why I'm voting for Donald Trump. 1.A.Naive(Adj) showing a lack of experience, wisdom, or judgment. The happiness from fame and fortune does not last. According to Can Fame and Fortune Make You Happy “It turns out happiness that comes from fame is fleeting. It’s that kind of happiness you get when buy a new purse. That kind of happiness fades in no time.” Fame and fortune can make you happy but not forever the happiness that you get fades away. It is like getting something new then a week later you never look at it again. Some people think that having a spotlight on them would make them happy. According to Can Fame and Fortune Make You Happy Jennifer Lawrence “spends her days doing what she Loves.” although people get to do what they love they also have to think of all the baggage that comes with what they love. They will not be able to do anything without having a camera on them. If they want to do something they will have to have cameras in there face to do the littlest things. There are also different trust they have to give to people around them. According to Can Fame and Fortune Make You Happy “It can be difficult for celebrities to make and keep true friends.” It would be hard not knowing if your friends did not like you for who you are or that you are famous and have a lot of money. But if you do have a true friend they would also be hard to keep, because you always have something going on and if they never have time to hang out with the friend then the friend might move on. I would not want to have keep wondering if I would have a friend that day or not. I would not want to be a celebrity. If I was a celebrity I would not be able to everyday thing that we take for granted. I would not be able to hang out with my friend, and to the little things that I like to do. I do not think that what you have to give up to be a celebrity would not make me happy, I could have anything in the world, but I could not have true happiness that comes from “having close relationships, time to focus on personal growth, and connections to your community.” Screenflow 3.0 tutorial Screen flow is a recording app that lets you record your screen to show what you are doing on the screen. I could use screen flow in my job by if I need to teach some one how to do somthing they can watch the screen flow, if they forget how to do somthing they can go back to the video to figure out how to do what they forgot. Tyler Sage 09-23-16 1st pd My hero is Jacky Robinson, because he went through adversity. Jacky Robinson when through these adversity's, because he was black. Even though I am not judged about the color of my skin he is my hero, because he shows me that I can do any thing if I put my mined to it, and if I work hard II can reach my dreams to even if people say I cant.
Jacky Robinson is such an inspiration, because he went through the adversity and people not wanting him to play him and trying to heart him. But even though all this was happening to him, because he was black. He still played to prove that he could play with the white people. He also did not quit, because he loved to play baseball and he was not going to let white people stop him. Even though I did not have to go through being judged because of my rase he is still my hero, because he did not stop trying for what he wanted to do because of others. He also did not just quit he tried and tried again to reach his goals, and that inspires me not to quit at anything that I am doing, because of what people say to me. This shows me that don't let people tell you wha you can do and cant do, and he shows me carriages, persists, and willing ness to fight and stay and play the sport he loves.
